RAAF A35-001 F-35 completes sortie at Luke AFB

CANBERRA, -- The Australia is the first international F-35A partner to begin training at Luke Air Force Base.

Luke will be the central training hub for international F-35A training.

Australian F-35A pilot training is being conducted at Luke Air Force Base in conjunction with the 61st Fighter Squadron.

The first RAAF F-35A aircraft will enter service in Australia in 2018.

The Royal Australian Air Force's A35-001 F-35A Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter returning from a sortie at United States Air Force's Luke Air Force Base, Arizona, USA.
